Sonic Solutions Ltd

Sonic Solutions has become our go-to company for extrusion die cleaning, and for good reason. Their service is consistently exceptional from start to finish. The team is professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our requirements are met. The quality of the cleaning is second to none, with every die returned in excellent condition and ready for production. What really sets Sonic Solutions apart, however, is their customer service and turnaround times. Communication is always clear and proactive, and their delivery performance regularly exceeds expectations, helping us minimise downtime and keep our operations running smoothly. It's rare to find a supplier that combines outstanding workmanship, excellent customer support, and incredibly fast delivery, but Sonic Solutions does exactly that. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional die cleaning service. A fantastic company, a pleasure to work with, and our first choice whenever we need extrusion dies cleaning.

I've used Sonic Solutions for an ongoing project requiring a quick turnaround. The quality of cleaning and speed of service has kept the project rolling, which would not have been possible otherwise. The staff have been very helpful and friendly, Ryan & Caroline. They also have a very useful trial service, which identified the quickest and most cost effective way to clean the product. Will definitely be using them again in future.

We used Sonic Solutions a few weeks ago to clean one very large wool combing circle and four small ones at the Calderdale Industrial Museum, they were virtually impossible to clean by hand as they were very intricate and easy to damage and no replacements were available at all. We contacted Ryan at Sonic Solutions and he was happy to undertake the job. He arranged the collection and delivery as we didn't have a vehicle large enough to accommodate them. We were all so impressed with the quality of the finished job, they look like new, and as we are an industrial museum it is very important to us. We hope to have the machine up and running shortly and we believe it will be the only Noble Comb still running in the country, possibly in the world. Many thanks to Ryan and the team at Sonic Solutions, great job!

We recently entrusted Sonic Solutions with cleaning a large quantity of complex manufactured plastic components, and the results were exceptional. Their expertise in industrial ultrasonic cleaning was clear from the outset. The team handled our components with care, completely removing the residue that had been causing issues and returning everything in excellent condition. Communication throughout the process was slick, professional, and proactive, and the turnaround time was impressively fast. It’s easy to see why they’re one of the highest-rated ultrasonic cleaning providers— their service delivers both quality and reliability. Outsourcing this work to Sonic Solutions saved us valuable time and ensured the components were cleaned to a standard we simply couldn’t have achieved in-house. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable, knowledgeable, and efficient ultrasonic cleaning partner.

I've used Sonic Solutions a few times now and the service is outstanding, they move mountains to facilitate you every time and the quality of the works completed is always exceptional. The value for the service they provide is brilliant too, I've even told them to charge whatever they want for urgent works and as always the price is more than reasonable!
