Solstice Domestic Angels Ltd

Have only been using this company for approximately 2 months, 3 of them weeks they did not attend due to them closing due to child care for summer holidays ( found this strange) but went with the flow, made a second complaint today due to many things not being cleaned, cleaners leaving 30 minutes early as well, the response I received was as follows, too hot too work full hours, we clean on a rota basis meaning not everything gets cleaned every week, even though I was paying for 5 hours (2 cleaners ) so 2.5 hours. I was then told we are clearly not the right company for you. Blame the client for the poor service I was given, how dare I complaint that things are not being cleaned and somehow that’s my fault, also to be told I complained every week lol when in reality this was my second complaint. £23.60 an hour seriously to be told they are not the right company for me, not I am so sorry we will do better next week. Avoid this company if you want your cleaning to be done efficiently. I was also told by the company that they were more focused on commercial and would have been eventually getting rid of all domestic cleans. Very unprofessional and am glad that I will no longer be doing business with them. Please note that the picture I have posted shows well because it is black, the other areas that were not cleaned were glass doors, microwave, shutters, ornaments and toothbrush holders. My invoice for July was £571.00.

A really professional and first class service. They rescued our commercial flooring expertly and efficiently, and also do a fantastic regular cleaning service at home. Thank you.

Had a march out clean for a property in Larkhill and they were very accomodating with making sure the key as we were moving so they could let themselves in to clean. Upon the move-out appointment, it was a first time pass with no charges and so clean - thank you guys!

Very professional, efficient , punctual, reliable service. Great work from the cleaners too with lots of great tips to help us day to day.
