Smashing Glass window cleaning

I have used Paul for my window cleaning needs for the last 18 months across two properties. He always wants to do a good job and spend the time on our house to make it look great. Fair pricing, good communication and easy to deal with.

What a fabulous job of cleaning my windows and my white plastics gutters etc that John Paul does from this company I have never seen them so bright and gleaming. Great to have them look after me. Even my frames look amazing! The communication is top notch and Dominique in the office is so accommodating and courteous told her I had green all over my plastic and was not a problem for them. Would highly recommend

After being a regular monthly customer with Smashing Glass for 9 months we really hadn't come across any issues, Paul did a good job of cleaning the windows but the person who deals with the communication side Dom well that's another matter. He text today to say they will be coming out tomorrow, I explained tomorrow is not convenient but could possibly do any other day this month as normally it's fine ....like last 9 months has been but tomorrow was a one off .Dom seemed to annoyed about this...at first he said he may be able to fit us in at end of month then sent messages about if I was going to cancel this month then they would charge extra on the next clean! I didn't ask to cancel just to be a little flexible this month with a different day. It seemed all a big inconvenience to him stating how reasonable the rates they charge are etc etc and how they can't just do as and when I want and more or less making me feel like they are doing me a favour and going out of their way for me?! Bearing in mind this was the first time I couldn't do the specific day they wanted in ,9 months and only a day's notice before. There was no understanding of my circumstances and when I explained this he made out I was trying to 'worm' my way out of paying more on the next clean 🙈 I mean a few times my windows didn't need cleaning monthly esp through the winter but I still remained a monthly customer so I can assure you it's not about the money more the principle as I'm sure you would agree. Really bad customer service with an attitude to boot! Not a good way to run a business. Looks like someone else has left a 1 star review also, maybe had similar experience to me.
