Very happy with the service provided - we needed to shorten several pairs of curtains - and we got home pickup/dropoff + alteration + ironing at such a reasonable price. The edges are done at a cutting machine and it leaves a great looking finish. Turnaround was great, 5 business days during the holiday season. Thanks a lot Rak!

I took my coat in today, expecting to leave it there - for the dry cleaning service. The gentleman was open and honest, explaining how best to look after my garment. I appreciate not only his honesty and openness but also the professional advice that he shared - especially as I then decided not to use his service (at this time).
