SJD Crystal Cleaning

Wonderful service! We have used Sara and her team for our holiday let for several years. There has never been a missed clean and Sara is always punctual. Sara’s communication is excellent and she always lets us know when the clean is complete, so we can offer early check-in if appropriate. Our guests regularly mention that the property is spotless in reviews of their holiday. Sara always goes above and beyond expectations.

Sara’s is just the most professional, diligent and meticulous cleaning service out there. She’s also a super easy person to work with and always goes the extra mile.

Sara and her team are AMAZING. I have 4 small children who are all home with me and since Sara started visiting weekly our lives improved greatly! Sara is like a ray of sunshine and manages to achieve more in the 1.5 hours here than I can ever dream of! We love our weekly visit, we love our clean house… we love that she takes it on each week- however she finds it. In terms of above and beyond- you can’t beat her- the flexibility, the extra mile, the ideas to help improve things, the offers to take on extra to make my life easier- I’m forever messaging saying Thanks so much, you are the best! Communication is excellent and flexible is amazing!

Sara and her team are FANTASTIC. Nothing is too much bother, they are always responsive and helpful and will go out of their way to satisfy requirements with good humour, purpose and clear objectives. Everything the team do can be relied upon to be the best quality work. Also Sara is ready to discuss possibilities about optimising solutions to any issues or challenges. I feel I have good communication with Sara which is invaluable; everything is transparent and workable. I trust her decisions and she listens carefully to my requirements. This cleaning company is the BEST I have ever come across and I feel lucky to have found it. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Sara and her team are absolutely brilliant. They are an integral part of our holiday let business - professional, competent, a pleasure to deal with, but most importantly, 100% reliable. Never let us down, even with last minute issues, and we simply couldn't manage as well without them. Highly recommended.
