5 most relevant · via GoogleContacted Security Wise as we bought a property that we believed they fitted equipment in. Initial contact with reception was great, lady was very helpful and friendly. However the impression of this company plummeted when returning the voice mail of the sales manager, Benn Jarvis. He was short on the phone and quite rude. He gave off the impression he didn't have the time for me and was far too busy. Borderline hanging up on me when he realised he wouldn't get a sale. Lost customer.
I have used Security Wise Ltd for a number of years who have always provided an efficient and reliable service in relation to our Intruder, Fire,Access and CCTV systems.
Security Wise were recommended to me by a neighbour. They were really competitive and the installation was faultless.
5 star customer service. Professional and friendly staff who have looked after my system for many years. The best in the industry by far.
Pleasant experience from the moment of sales enquiry through to installation of the intruder alarm system.
