A middle aged cyclist fell in after hitting a kerb .in Cardiff today, one of this company employees was driving near the site and watched what happened. He jumped off his pickup and rushed to help the man and give him the necessary first aid for his minor injuries and reassure him. I don't know the employee name but he is Asian and wearing glasses. Tell him that he is a best ambassador for his company.

If I could do 0 stars I would, they have made me wait an hour on the phone and I am currently still waiting! I thought someone was in front of me but I don’t think someone needs to be on the phone with them for an hour so I genuinely think they are just taking a break!! They need to get more customer service as I don’t think anyone wants to wait an hour to book an appointment!! Disgusting
