We recently had some old Swann CCTV home cameras replaced. I contacted Raf as he was local and had excellent reviews. Initially, he came around and spent some time going through all product options and his recommendations. Other service providers I contacted only messaged me via whatsapp texts and some did not reply. Raf answered all questions and kept in touch with details of the products and got the best prices for me. He replaced the cameras and set up the new nvr and did all the configuration. The job was done very professionally. Raf takes pride in his work and made sure the cameras were positioned in the best position and he also spent time explaining all the functions and options with the new upgrade Hik Vision cameras. The new product is much better than I expected. He also provides great after care support and makes time for his customers. I will be getting him to fit a doorbell for me next. Highly recommended.

I had several devices turn faulty within the first few months of installation, and Raf forced me to pay hundreds of pounds in travel expenses just to have the faulty hardware replaced. On one occasion, I ran into financial difficulty and didn’t have the spare funds—leaving me stuck for months with a broken siren. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a professional supplies and installs faulty goods, they are legally responsible for fixing or replacing them at no extra cost. Raf charging me travel expenses to replace faulty items he provided and installed is completely unacceptable and a breach of consumer law. I deeply regret choosing Raf and would not recommend him at all. Unfair, exploitative, expensive, unreasonable. He also sent me a screenshot of his security admin app, displaying the names and addresses of multiple customers in a clear breach of GDPR. This is a severe security violation, which is especially ironic and concerning coming from someone whose entire business is supposed to be based on security.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Raf recently installed our home CCTV and alarm system and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. His knowledge is outstanding, and he took the time to properly understand what we needed before recommending the right setup rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. The installation itself was clean, tidy and extremely well thought through — cable management was spot on and everything was positioned perfectly. Raf explained the system clearly, made sure we were fully comfortable using it, and didn’t rush a single part of the handover. What really stood out was the professionalism and pride in his work. This wasn’t just an install, it was a proper security solution done to a very high standard. If you’re looking for someone you can trust to secure your home properly, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Raf.
