I had a young man come knock my door, advertise SCS and collect my detaiuls after I agreed to use their services. The first window cleaning was arranged for 3 weeks later. That was 5 weeks ago. been calling them, no response. left a message once, no call back. Disappointed!!!

Disappointed. Had my windows cleaned today and was left with quite a significant scratch on one window. Called up to inform them, but they are taking no responsibility for it. Dean is a courteous chap, however I feel let down by the owner of the business; in my opinion not good customer service. Sorry.
