SCS Cleaning Services Ltd

I've emailed scs cleaning services for a valid explanation as to why the cleaners never washed our landing on the third floor last week on the 14/7/2016 our building was apparently cleaned except for the third floor of 47 waterfront avenue Edinburgh eh51jd I had to end up going into the landing and clean this myself scs are happy to take my money but don't want to do the job there being paid to do . We do have a camera on the landing I can only assume that the cleaners thought they could get away with not cleaning the landing because our landing is always clean. I intend on putting in a new camera on my door in which it will be recording every movement on our landing especially the cleaning of the landing . I have complained directly to scs I'm still awaiting on them responding and I'm also awaiting on castle rock edinvar responding.

My partner hired these jokers to do an end-of-tenancy clean.... Shouldn't have wasted her time. They claim it took two cleaners a full morning, yet my garage cctv shows their van arriving at 0930, then leaving 10 mins later, returning back 90 mins later(!), sitting on their phones for 10 mins before spending 40 mins in my property & then leaving. They'd given surfaces a quick wipe down & waved (literally it seems) a mop across the hard-floors (missing many areas). Sanitary-ware, fridge, cupboards etc were not cleaned properly & the windows hadn't been touched. First & last time my partner will use SCS. Despite having phoned to complain the following day, & having heard nothing so rang again the next week, she's still waiting for a 'manager' to return her call.... not that it's likely as their attitude seems to be 'We've got your money so we don't want to know'!

Absolute shocking service was received from these two gents that where sent out to clean the stair 21/01/26 hours if you don’t want to do this type of work and are sick of it find somewhere else we appreciate cleaners and every member of public but this was shocking

Our maintenance company have sub contracted SCS to clean the public hallways of my building. Absolutely awful job every month and the place is disgusting. Twice in a row now I have left my building to go to the corner shop that is 5mins away. In the 10mins that I have been away they have arrived supposedly cleaned 4storeys of stairs and hallways and are sat on their phones in the van for longer than they are cleaning. In the past 2 years the public areas have become disgusting and whilst I have reached out to the maintenance company mutiple times about this. It is the SCS workmanship and their branded van that sits outside. Please can you clean properly. The reason I am writing this now is your van is sat outside with the workers on their phones. They have put a slip at the front of the hallway to say they have been and cleaned yet I am walking up a stairway that clearly hasn't been hovered properly and there are dead flies on the window sill. Please stop ripping people off, you are being paid to do a service and you are not meeting it at all

I had the SCS team out to sparkle clean my property before selling. carpets fully cleaned and almost dry on there departure, windows inside and out, All fixtures and internal fittings were cleaned to a very high standard. The team were punctual and very professional I would highly recommend them.
