Scentsational Cleaning Services South Yorkshire & Wakefield

Excellent service from Scentsational, very professional . It was lovely to come in from work to a clean and sparkling house , smelling lovely . The little touches from Sian and Jodie give the finishing touch to the clean . So pleased 😍 and have recommended to friends already x

I've used Scentsational cleaning for the last 8 weeks on my holiday let property. In that time I've had two severe complaints on cleanliness that resulted in refunds to clients. At the out set she said tell me if there are issues and I'll pass it on to the team. I mentioned on a few occasions it looked like the house had not been vacced pkust other minor bits they were missing, bin liners, toilet rolls not left out. Last week they missed a whole room, which was the party, disco room. Subsequently we no longer work together. Draw your own conclusions from this review, but I won't be recommending Scentsation cleaners, nothing sensational about them .

For anyone in Barnsley avoid, regularly let down on cleaning services, but have given them the benefit of the doubt as things happen, Not even had the decency to call / text to let us know they wouldn’t be turning up despite being a long standing customer. No replies to Calls, text or WhatsApp. Now been blocked on all social media for simply asking when the actual cleaner was turning up 🤣❌

Booked a deep clean with Laura over messages really easily and knew what to expect. Julie and Jo arrived on time, were really lovely and worked like absolute trojans on the house. It was sparkling after and their attention to detail was brilliant. They were also really patient with our dog who’s a rescue and needs a bit more time to settle Really looking forward to keeping a regular clean with Laura and her team!

Thank you so much for my amazing clean !! Stacey did an fantastic job can't fault the service at all. Our home was like new, to come from work to wonderful clean smelling home there is no better feeling. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship with such a professional company.
