Scan Alarms & Security Systems (UK) Ltd

Due to a power cut our alarm went off and drained the back up battery so couldn’t be silenced. They had an engineer on site within 30 minutes who fixed the problem and also carried out scheduled maintenance a couple of months early so we didn’t have to pay for a call out. Excellent service all round.

Our regular maintenance call was undertaken this morning. The Engineer (Jordan) was on time, meticulous in his examination of the system and courteous. He explained what he had done before asking me to sign the work satisfaction note

The engineers arrived punctually to carry out the annual service of our alarm system. They were friendly and courteous. They worked efficiently and tidily and kept me informed as to maintenance requirements.

Engineers appeared right on time and completed the service in a very professional manner.Very impressive Thank you both very much

I have been a Scan customer from the early 70,s and have never needed to use another security company. Always courteous ,professional and reliable .
