SC Building Services Ltd

Extremely pleased with the Project skills and timescale Simon and his team brought to build. I had a 6m x 3m extension, the total timescale was 8 weeks for Simon & his team to complete his contracted commitments. I was extremely impressed by his team who were professional and courteous during the build. The communication throughout was very good and the planned stage payments left no unexpected surprises. I would be happy to recommend SC Building Services for your project.

Simon and team carried out a kitchen extension, fitting the new kitchen, and several other pieces of work including a new boiler and radiators. Very happy with the end result and the work throughout - the team were professional and reliable and the communication from Simon was excellent. Highly recommend.

I'm impressed with the work SC Building Services did. They completed a full extension, expanded the kitchen, installed a brand-new kitchen, and added an extra room. The quality of their work is exceptional, and I'm very happy with the finished product. Simon and his team were very professional and easy to work with. They were always quick to respond to my questions and promptly addressed any issues that arose. The quote was competitive, and I never felt pressured or uncertain throughout the project. I would definitely recommend SC Building Services for any home renovation project.

Simon and his team undertook an extensive renovation on our property. We are extremely happy with the finished work and also the experience throughout. The quote was competitive and Simon was always contactable throughout to answer any queries or questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Simon and the team and they will be our go to for any future projects.

Would highly recommend Simon and his team. We will definitely be return customers. We moved into a property earlier this year only to find that the lintel above our patio doors had not been installed correctly or even the right type. Luckily Simon managed to squeeze us in and sort the situation before it caused major structural damage. The team that came were fantastic and genuinely nice people. They were neat and tidy. They made sure to clean down everything at the end. Thank you everyone 😊
