Salisbury Carpet Company Ltd

The whole team at Salisbury Carpets are super friendly and very helpful, from helping us choose the right flooring for the nursery and working with our time schedule. Completing the project with the high quality fitting, we can not thank them enough and will be contacting them again soon as we continue our renovations.

We only popped in looking for a small replacement rug but couldn’t find anything that quite matched our requirements size wise. However, the staff member we spoke with was really helpful and recommended another carpet shop that might be able to assist. She was absolutely right, we found exactly what we needed there, so thank you! It was especially appreciated after a few other places either said no outright or took our details and never followed up.

Highly recommend Salisbury Carpets. They have a great selection of carpets to choose from to meet all budgets, style and taste. We were spoilt for choice but took a selection of samples home to ensure we made the right choice. Friendly staff and excellent communication. The fitter, Steve arrived promptly to fit and was very professional and all old carpet taken away. He called in the day before to ensure all measurements were correct and that there were no problems. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Excellent service, personal touch and great flexibility - it helped enormously that Salisbury Carpet Company were able to lay the carpets at a busy time of year before Christmas, and they look phenomenal. I highly recommend them and would not use anyone else for future work. Thank you!

My mother’s bathroom carpet needed replacing and we were delighted with the service provided by Salisbury Carpets. Measured up, discussed the possible options and fitted within the week and all for a very reasonable price. We are very pleased with the result and would have no hesitation recommending Salisbury Carpets and using them again.
