Safeclean Walsall

Robert came in to clean our carpets today, was very professional and friendly and gave great service. Originally only asked for him to do the carpets, but while he was here asked if he could also do our kitchen chairs and he was more than happy to accommodate the request. The carpets and the chairs had some very stubborn stains and marks on them that we had not been able to get out ourselves, but there is now no trace of them. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone locally. Thanks again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic service from Rob. He cleaned our sofas and left them looking amazing. The whole process was quick, tidy and hassle-free. Very happy with the results – would definitely use him again.

Let me start by saying that having used Rob a couple of times in the past, he is professional yet friendly, his work is of great quality and his pricing is reasonable. However, I have to say I'm disappointed, Rob that after waiting in all of yesterday morning for you to come over to provide a quote, you didn't show up, make any contact, or send any form of apology. I've unfortunately given the job to someone else now.

The cleaner arrived on time, presented himself with utmost professionalism, and was incredibly polite throughout the service. The result was a sofa that looked as good as new, with a freshness that truly transformed the feel of my living room. What I appreciated most was the cleaner’s respectful approach. He worked diligently without disrupting the household, and his polite interactions made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the cleaning and the level of service provided. It’s clear that this cleaner takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the results. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to breathe new life into their furniture.

Excellent service, friendly, thorough, punctual and good value. Will definitely use again and would recommend to others.
