The care that has been provided to my mother has been exceptional and I am truly grateful.We would be lost without the care provided - the staff are very caring and have an excellent understanding of the care that my mother needs. The staff in the office are also very helpful indeed.

The staffs at Saannie medical services are very good and we are currently supplying more than 50 clients in the north of wales this services has grown from 20 clients last year to 50 and more clients. I appreciate not everyone has been able to work for us in the office hence they are giving bad reviews but it is all ok there is a saying " there is no powerful institution without a formidable opposition" we do appreciate people's comment although it does not represent who we are

Honestly the worse agency I have come across. Rude and abrupt, some of the people they’re hiring have never had care experience or very very little! Then the company are sending these individuals out to care homes with high demand and they haven’t a single clue on what to do. The amount of agency workers we have had and had to complain about is shocking! Staff falling asleep, staff disappearing during tasks, staff not willing to do any of the basic care needs, more concerned for their breaks. We’ve had staff come in and bare face lie about assist individuals with their meals and drinks! It is absolutely shocking and the company doesn’t care at all! All they care about is money!

Saannie medical services is a good place for learning good care qualities & provided good online and practical trainings for me develop my skills. It is a very good opportunity for everyone. I'm very much Thankful to saannie medical services for giving me an opportunity.
