A short time ago, i have found a 2 bedroom house in box road Gorseinon a I viewed a property that I was very interested in renting. After the viewing, I asked your staff member about the next steps, and I was informed that I would receive an email with an application form to complete. I promptly completed and submitted the application as instructed. However, I did not receive any response for an extended period. I contacted your office to follow up and was told that you were waiting for the landlord’s decision. After waiting again without any update, I contacted you once more and was informed that the landlord had selected other applicants. While I understand that this can happen, I was surprised to later see that the same property was still being advertised as available for rent. This situation has left me confused and concerned about the transparency and fairness of the process. I would appreciate a clear explanation regarding what happened with my application, and why the property remained listed after I was told it had been taken. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and improve your communication and procedures to avoid similar situations in the future.
