RPM Joinery and Maintenance

EDIT: WARNING DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had to edit my review after the last two works. I have hired the company to further change my bathroom tiles and they left the floors completely uneven, again with some parts even sinking. The bathroom was leaking as well as it wasn't connected properly by the plumbers so someone had to come back to fix it. Then they agreed that the floor was uneven and replied stating that they were going to fix it but then they decided to ignore all further emails. It was my mistake for paying them the other half. They are fast but you have to keep a constant eye on them while they work. Not what I expected and I thought leaving the floor uneven on my kitchen was an honest mistake. But repeating this issue on both bathrooms showed me this is simply their expected quality. Do not recommend. ---------- Three weeks ago I had a water leak coming from the washing machine that had been running for a while and flooded the entire subfloor beneath the vinyl laminate. I needed to have the entire subfloor removed, new layers placed and new tiles. Ross and his team were quickly to answer emails, to come over to see the issue, to give an invoice and to start the work. The floor ended up uneven having one side higher than the other but comparing to what it was before and the quickness of how it was solved this is fine.

Fantastic company to get your jobs done in your house. I got my new bathroom and new kitchen fitted and they left a really good job. Defo recommend and will defo be back if need further jobs done.

I am pleased to share my positive experiences with RPM Joinery and Maintenance, a truly exceptional company that has exceeded my expectations. From the outset, their professionalism and commitment to excellence is evident. They addressed a wide range of maintenance/repair needs quickly, to high standard with excellent attention to detail. RPM were very helpful and quickly agreed an appointment to repair a damaged front door at short notice. The guys arrived on time and sorted the repair to my satisfaction. I'd recommend them.

I was unable to get any hot water from my shower. Brian from RPD was able to quickly identify the cause and order a replacement part for my shower. Within a couple of days the part had arrived and Brian installed it for me. Shower is now working great.
