Rory Mack Associates Ltd

I have transferred two of my rental properties to Rory Mack from Bjb and can 100% recommend them above all others. They are always contactable and attentive to any issues. Their fees are more than competitive in the current market. Josh has been a breath of fresh air to deal with.

"Moving to a new home can be an incredibly stressful journey”, but working with Rory Mack Associates - and specifically with NIKKI BARRETT and RACHEL - has been an absolute masterclass in professionalism, efficiency, and human kindness. From the very first second, NIKKI went above and beyond to guide me with flawless communication, keeping everything perfectly transparent, secure, and stress-free. RACHEL was equally outstanding on the ground, making the key handover an incredibly welcoming and seamless experience. “They don't just manage properties; they truly care about people and build bridges of trust” !. If I could give them “100 stars”, I would do it in a heartbeat. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Nikki and Rachel, for making my new beginning so beautiful. “You are the absolute gold standard of the UK housing sector! Highly, highly recommended!"
