Roberts Building Services

We used Roberts Builders to move our back door from the middle of our kitchen into the utility room, as well as block up an unused doorway between our hallway and living room. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was completed to a very high standard. The team finished the job much quicker than we expected, were professional throughout, and offered great value for money. We’re extremely pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. In fact, we fully intend to use them again when we’re ready to renovate our bathroom. Thanks again for the fantastic work!

Contacted for a quote. Spoke with a very polite and accommodating lady. Chap came the following week to view the job, said he would email a quote "probably later that day". Messaged them a week later as I hadn't heard and they said "yours is on the list to complete this week." Messaged further 2 weeks later (23 days since first contact) asking if they were still interested in completing the work and to let me know if not so i could make other plans. Ghosted with no reply at all. Disappointed with the professionalism shown here. Rude. Avoid.

Used Chris to knock an internal wall down to open up the lounge into kitchen and to put steel up. Communication and quoting was prompt and the best thing was that all relevant trades for the job were organised to come and sort when required. Very happy with the work and had them back to rebuild a large external boundary wall that had accidentily been knocked down. Top work

Chris was first class in building our extension and other extensive work we had done to our home. We had a new two storey extension built with a new kitchen, bathroom, ensuite and utility room. He's laid a new patio, put up gates, sorted our damp proof and landscaped our driveway. We've always been very happy with the work that he and his colleagues have done for us and always to time and budget.

Roberts Building services took out 3 walls and installed steelwork for my extension. Their work was very good and they left the site tidy every day. I found them easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions I had. I would certainly use them again
