Riverside Laundry Services

Fair price. Excellent service. Clothes were washed and dried with care as requested so they didn’t shrink. They were also folded very neatly, smelt really fresh and clean. Highly recommend.

They seemed to have moved without any info about where they are! And took my french coat with! Anyone knows how to find them?

Dropped 2 bags of washing off today and was served by "Jenny!" Wow She's an absolute gem! Could see that she was extremely busy up to her neck with work! But she was extremely professional and polite and said that she was busy and the service wash would be tomorrow! But if she's fast she's could have it done by 5pm! That was brilliant as Im leaving Liverpool in the morning! She called me before 5pm to collect and all clean n smells good! Really happy with her service hopefully her boss knows how good she is!

I went here to have my coats dry cleaned only to be told the material wasn't for dry cleaning nor wash. The kind lady just offered me a good lint remover for my coat to look clean.

Awful service. Got 2 days to come to the hotel to pick up the clothes and then they LOST my red dress which cost £500 and I bought it 2 weeks ago in Spain for a feria. I can't believe they manage to loose a giant flamenco red dress. I hope it gets returned. I have CCTV camera to prove that was handed to the collection gentleman.
