Restore Home Cleaning

Gutted to be writing this as I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’m just so saddened by the customer service. Was meant to come last weekend and never shown up, ignored 2 of my messages previously then when I messaged on the day asking if today isn’t really that convenient then what day is?… They just said they have had lots of messages to get through, I thought I’d just give them a second chance and got booked in again for this weekend 10AM. Got to 10:12AM still nothing, no message no phone call no knock on the door. So I messaged asking where they was and all they did was read my message and ignore it? 10:26AM I messaged again to tell them to leave coming as it’s so rude to not only not turn up, but to ignore my messages too when I’m supposed to be expecting them. I am absolutely appalled at this customer service! 2 weekends on the bounce I have been ignored and no show. 2 weekend days wasted! Would never recommend to anybody!! Infuriated wasn’t the word this morning!

I used this company to get my carpet and stairs and Coach cleaned they did a fantastic job could not fault the work they did was a good price as well. I would of give full stars but the only thing I did not like was the attitude of the lad with the tattoos I think he was the boss he was just complaining that he was tired and because he had to cancel the job after mine because he was still working at mine plus the coach I have was a channel fabric it took him ages but he was just complaining about it Other than that I would use the company again

I highly recommend Restore cleaning, l found Rachel to be knowledgeable and professional and extremely hard working. Rachel has a brilliant personality, l enjoyed chatting to her while she cleaned my sofa. I am made up with the results. I shall be using Restore in the future.

I used restore cleaning over a period of about 12 months. I had issues with various cleaners, in that I came home once and one had left McDonalds wrappers and a happy meal toy in my lounge, then various issues with standard of cleaning. As an apology they sent their carpet cleaning service to do a complimentary carpet clean. This was amazing, they did a brilliant job and I’d always used a different company so was made up with the job they did. After this the final straw to the cleaners was that one left and just didn’t lock up, left my back door wide open. When I rang up to cancel they accused me of leaving their service to go with one of their cleaners who’d decided to go it alone. Now a period of time has gone by and I needed a carpet clean, so being so impressed with the job they did previously I contacted restore. They booked me in for today 09:30, they turned up at 8:50 and stated that they needed cars moving from outside my house., unfortunately they weren’t my cars, I did try and get them moved but no answer. Unfortunately I live in a really busy street with parking sometimes being challenging. They made no mention of this when I booked with them. There were spaces really close but the guy insisted he wasn’t running his tubes/hoses that far. Then he asked me if I’d previously used their cleaning service if I’d had a cleaner called Caroline, I said I’d had about 5. At this point he started shouting at me that I’m not a nice person, not to ever contact his company ever again, he wouldn’t be doing my carpet clean. He became quite aggressive making threatening comments about me slandering his company. He didn’t appreciate that actually I was complimenting his carpet cleaning services by having him back. A waste of my time, rude and aggressive.

Reliable, professional, & friendly. They ask you your requirements then discuss how much time you need to complete the jobs you want doing, instead of being told what you have to have. The products they used smell amazing and my house was gleaming. It has really helped me out finding Restore as it’s taken some pressure off of me and i could’ve ended up paying double the price from other companies in the area. Thanks guys!
