Refine Property ltd

We used Robbie Shaw at Refine Property for staging and it was one of the best decisions we made. The transformation was incredible, it elevated the entire feel of the house and made it far more appealing to buyers. Even the kids said they wanted to move back in after seeing the transformation! After months of no luck on the market, we had multiple strong offers within 24 hours of relaunching post staging. The return on investment was easily 10x — exactly in line with what staging is known to deliver in the US, and I’ve no doubt this kind of service is going to become huge in the UK too. Robbie was professional, efficient, and had a great eye for what would make the space pop. Can’t recommend Refine Property highly enough.

I contacted Robbie to renovate and stage my Dad's apartment so that it could be sold. He managed to see past the clutter and grime to come up with a new colour scheme that really showed off an old building to maximum effect whilst making it feel modern. All the way through the project he has communicated clearly what was happening (I live abroad) and the end result is simply amazing. I'm sure this will sell quickly. Can't recommend Robbie and his team highly enough.

Refine did a wonderful job of decorating and staging my property to make it ready for sale! I almost didn’t want to sell it once it had been completed! The team were efficient, knowledgeable and the price was reasonable as well! Thank you so much Robbie and the team 😊

Refine did an excellent job of renovating our flat, it had been let out for a number of years and was looking quite tired but after Rob and his team came in, it has never looked better. Really pleased with the work and we're seeing a lot of interest in the property. I would highly recommend.

Quick, efficient, stylish and approachable. We used Refine to stage 2 flats this summer. They were brilliant to deal with, both flats looked sensational and one sold over the asking price, thus covering the cost. The staging was removed swiftly afterwards too. Robbie and his team make it look easy and effortless and I would recommend his service to anyone looking to stand out in the Bristol property market.
