Reach To Clean

I found Reach to Clean through a local Google search and was impressed by the reviews, so I got in touch. They responded quickly and offered a free first clean. Booking was straightforward, with a simple form and a reminder text the day before. On the first visit, I met Taylor, who was friendly and explained the process clearly. I mentioned our third-floor dormer window, assuming it might be too difficult to reach, but it wasn’t an issue at all. I was happy to pay a little extra given the height and the amount of bird mess in our area. The difference after the clean was immediately noticeable. Even my wife commented that the dining room felt brighter thanks to the cleaner skylight. The windows, doors and uPVC were spotless with no streaks or water marks. We’ve now had seven cleans and have also met Kieron and Joe, who have all been professional, friendly and done an excellent job. Most recently, we had the gutters, fascias and soffits cleaned alongside the windows, and the house looks noticeably better. I highly recommend Reach to Clean. They’re efficient, non-intrusive and use a water-fed pole system rather than ladders, which was important to us from a privacy perspective. Living in an area with lots of birds means our windows get dirty quickly, but they consistently leave everything looking great.

I found Reach to Clean and am glad I did. They come every three months and contact you the day before to let you know. This means you can make access available and not need to be home when your windows are cleaned. Money is taken via an online account. They are reliable and do a very good job of cleaning the windows at a very competitive price. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of a trustworthy, affordable window cleaning company.

Brilliant service. Only my first time using this company. And by far exceeded my expectations. I had one skylight window missed come back and cleaned all of them I was only wanting the 1 that got missed but redid the lot. Very impressed 👏 well done all

Always a great experience with Joe. We just had our roof replaced so the window frames were very dirty and Joe even made sure even the frames were completely clean like it was nothing. Totally recommended for anyone!

Very pleased with the service. My windows , sills, and frames are cleaner than they have ever been. Thank you. The cleaner himself was very polite, helpful and excellent at his job 👍
