Rainbow Restoration

I have been dealing with Rainbow Restoration during an insurance claim for quite a few weeks now. I have been dealing with Shannon Stockley at Rainbow and I have to say she has been absolutely brilliant. Always answers your e-mails and questions and couldn't be more helpful. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with her.

We contacted Rainbow International after a burst water tank in our loft causing damage to the ceilings and furniture/carpets. From start to completion of the work we knew that this company was well organised and professionally run, clean and tidy and a great quality of workmanship. Help was always at hand if we needed it in any way. Thanks for getting us back to normal again.

Top job in a crisis situation. A chatty and helpful team of four arrived and promptly setting about reapir extensive water damage. Visited regularly to check progress. Their carpet cleaners were top notch too, tidy and efficient. Good service is rare; these guys nailed it!

I am extremely pleased with the professionalism demonstrated by Rainbow Restoration. Their swift response and efficient removal of the flooded water exceeded my expectations. Thank you Paul and the team!
