PureMaison Limited

PureMaison have cleaned my home for a number of years, and I've always found them to be reliable, professional, and thorough. They take real care in their work, and the house is always left looking fresh, clean, and well looked after. Just as importantly, they are trustworthy and easy to deal with, which makes a big difference when inviting someone into your home regularly. I would happily recommend PureMaison to anyone looking for a dependable, high-quality cleaning service.

I don't often write reviews but PureMaison go above and beyond so felt compelled. The service is professional and friendly and have been impressed throughout or relationship. Megan is fab and the team at the office always happy to help.

We have been using Pure Maison for over 10 years, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly. From the very beginning, the team has been incredibly reliable, professional, and communicative. They genuinely take a partnership approach, always listening to what is important to us as a family and continuously looking for ways to improve and tailor their service to meet our needs. Over the years we’ve had several wonderful cleaning teams, but for the past 2–3 years we’ve been lucky enough to have Sam and Shannon as our regular team. They are absolutely fantastic. They are professional, friendly, incredibly thorough, and consistently leave our home looking and feeling as though it’s brand new. Their attention to detail is exceptional, and it’s something we’ve come to rely on and really appreciate. Having the same trusted team each week has made such a difference. We know our home is in safe hands, and cleaning day has genuinely become one of the highlights of our week because we know we’ll come home to a beautifully cleaned house. It’s also reassuring to know there’s always someone available in the office during business hours if we ever need to get in touch. Communication has always been excellent, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. A huge thank you to Sam and Shannon for all of your hard work, and to the entire Pure Maison team. We are incredibly grateful for everything you do to help make our home such a wonderful place to live. Your dedication, care, and consistently high standards are truly appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pure Maison to anyone looking for a professional, trustworthy cleaning service.

Very happy with the one-off deep clean we arranged with PureMaison recently - the ladies were lovely as ever: polite, friendly, helpful and thorough. They did a great job. The price is definitely on the high side, but staff are DBS checked and experienced.

Thanks to all at Pure Maison for coming to us at short notice. Great communication and very happy with the service. Freindly staff who have always done a great job, would definitley recommend!
