Pure Concierge Cleaning Co

Great cleaning service. Always quick to respond if there’s anything that needs sorting out. Regular communication and professional business. Thorough cleaning and friendly, approachable staff. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

Amazing service – very professional and consistently excellent. Every piece of feedback we’ve given has been taken seriously and acted on with great care. Our current housekeeper, Natasha, is wonderful – thorough, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in her work. It’s obvious how much she enjoys what she does. It’s such a great feeling coming home to a beautifully clean house. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Pure Concierge. Our lovely housekeeper is Stacey who does an amazing job every week. She’s always on time (often early!) and works really hard to do a fantastic job. The team in the office are efficient and we get text reminders for our cleans and if we ever need to rearrange they are always happy to help. Highly recommend if you want reliable, efficient service and a high quality clean.

Every week we are informed what time the housekeeper will arrive the night before she is due. If a housekeeper is unavailable or a different day is required the manager discusses alternatives in good time. All the housekeepers arrive on time, are friendly, efficient and work hard. All the rooms in the house are always left immaculately clean. When we were away on holiday we left a list of additional jobs such as cleaning windows, cleaning cupboards in kitchen and thoroughly cleaning the conservatory. All were completed to a very high standard. When we returned home it was like stepping into a room which had been prepared for check in at a 5 star hotel. We are very pleased with the high standard of service provided and highly recommend this company to others.

We needed a cleaner to help with a general household clean because my husband's health situation has become ever increasing. It was becoming very difficult for me to keep our house as we like it. We couldn't be happier with Pure Concierge and they provide us with a super efficient service. Everything is beautifully cleaned on a weekly basis by Fiona who looks after us so well in an excellent and professional manner. She's amazing. We also particularly like the way we are kept informed the evening before of the estimated time to expect Fiona the following day. This is very helpful. Thank you Fiona and Pure Concierge!
