Gutted to not be able to leave a positive review but they didn't turn up for the job. Had arranged for 8.30 to 9. Messaged to say at the timber merchant at 9.48. I didn't hear any more and I messaged to ask what was happening at 13.10 and was told he wasn't opening so couldn't do the job today. Offered to rebook for the following week but have gone elsewhere. In response to the reply below, why did you wait until after lunch time and me having to message you to then reply and tell me you weren't coming? I had been waiting in since 8.30am. You were replying to other messages you were receiving but couldn't message me? Communication with customers is so important. I didn't request or need the job doing on a weekend it was just the date you offered but maybe you shouldn't if you don't work weekends and neither does your timber merchant.

Had large fence done by Andy from Proteq a year ago and fence and service was brilliant. A year or so later our fence got damaged by a car. Came out next day to look and was given reasonable quote over the weekend. Was told by Shane would be Monday after work, if not following day. Monday and Tuesday came and did not arrive, stated were on another job but no ETA for when job would be completed. Received no communication on Wednesday to my messages and phone call so decided to go elsewhere as had to repair the fence as garden was insecure. Disappointed with poor communication and such a shame as Andy/ Proteq did a great job the year before

Shane has blocked me because l needed a repair to work done including cover board and warped gate.l have tried repeatedly to contact him but without success. To be fair,when l couldn't open the gates myself, he did send someone round to sort that despite accusing me of being over dramatic. I am 68 with multiple health issues. But since then ,no contact. When l paid him,he said any problem to contact him.l have been doing that for over a month

From the first time I contacted Martin he was excellent. Kept me informed about when he was coming to do my quote, price and book the actual job. Very very great quality work and materials used and even sent me photos of the finished job. Definitely recommend this company 😁😊

We had some fence panels and posts repaired and a new garden gate. We were very happy with the service we received. The workmanship was really good and the price competitive. The lads who did the work were very polite and we would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to others.
