Property Development & Renovation

We had been putting off some renovation work for a while, so when we finally decided to get started, we contacted Property Development & Renovation. From the first visit, everything was explained clearly and the whole process felt very straightforward.

Moh was in Edinburgh and completed a small but significant exterior rendered wall repair for me. Not only was his craftsmanship excellent, but his customer service, tidiness and politeness was 2nd to none. What an excellent workman. I can not recommend him enough.

Mohammad was very helpful and knowledgeable with the work he needed to do and has given me good tips for the future. He gave me a decent quote for the toilet replacement job and was very prompt and professional. While on the job, he also went and got additional plumbing parts ensuring that they best fit the installation required. I highly recommend his services. Many thanks, Tomas

Emergency call-out. Mo arrived promptly and carried out necessary work to replace damaged external tap, including trip to source new parts. Work finished to very high standard. Would recommend.

Emergency call out. Moh arrived very quickly this morning after a leak in my wall from a radiator pipe. He explained every step and carried out the repair very quickly. Would recommend.
