Property 1st

Really good experience with this company. The staff members I spoke with kept in touch whilst making the arrangements for a plumber to visit and his work was first rate. The service was prompt and professional and so removed lots of stress at the time. Thank you.

Property 1st repainted the external doors and windows of my terraced house this autumn. They have done a great job, and were extremely professional, reliable, punctual and considerate at every stage of the work.

This is the second job that Property 1st have done for us. Both completed very professionally and to a high standard. Would definitely recommend if you are prioritising high quality work.

Property 1st put us a new gate in and moved a window in our dining room. I was expecting the house to be covered in dust but they put a screen around the area so it didn't affect anywhere else. Ricky did an excellent job. He arrived on time every day and worked cheerfully and efficiently. On completion the area was left clean and tidy (he even hoovered the room). Thanks to all the boys who came to help as well. I'd definitely choose Property 1st again.

Good job fitting new doors and repairs to some wood flooring. Easy to deal with and quality work
