Project Maintenance

Luke and James did an excellent job doing a bathroom refit for us.. nothing was too much trouble. Really pleased with there work! Thank you. 😊

Project Maintenance were great. Luke responded to a query about replacing our front door. He The quote was fair, the workmanship was of the highest standard, some extra work was done to finish the work beautifully and the charge was as originally quoted. Pleasant, reliable, respectful of property I can’t recommend Luke and his Project Maintenance business too highly. Super-impressed and grateful.

Luke and his team have redecorated 2 rooms in our home now, with a 3rd booked in. Luke and James recently transformed our bathroom. There were plenty of hidden delights, but nothing was too much hassle! Not only is the work finished to such a high standard, but the guys are easy to have in your home. They are reliable, friendly, and always tidying up after themselves. I can't recommend Project Maintenance enough 🥰. You will not regret booking in with them!

Luke & his colleague put up some large mirrors and shelves for us around the house after we had some trouble fitting them ourselves. Really professional and friendly service, we’d definitely recommend Project Maintenance and we look forward to having them back for other projects. Thank you!

Fabulous!!! Luke did a complete refit of our girls bathroom for us over a period of days. Thankfully he was not phased by any of the gotchas thrown at him by working on a twenty year old Barret house with down pipes that sloped up and sink units that fitted against a sloping stair well. A great friendly person to have in your home working and always happy to chat about what he is doing and how, so long as gets a cup of tea each time! The results of his hard work are outstanding and brought a tear to the wife's eye at the big reveal. If you are looking for a reliable, thorough craftsman with an eye for details and that "it will be done right" attitude then Luke's your man. We are already planning his next visit to do our en-suite in the new year. Thank you Luke!
