Proclene Ltd were very professional and successfully removed a congealed blood stain from a Chinese rug. We were kept informed of progress from start to finish (the rug could not be cleaned in situ). Very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Proclene Ltd.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very professional throughout; clear communication, extremely careful within our property and most importantly, very clean carpets. Highly recommended!!
