Priory Dry Cleaners & Laundry Worcester WR5

Often come here for Vinted parcels. How ever they have changed their opening times to close at 3pm? Who realistically can get dry clearing or parcels when they open 9-3 and some days 2.40pm when majority work 9-5 or do shifts? disappointing. Also turned up and nobody has been there, even when opened. You walk in and it’s dark and printer hasn’t been in use for months. Ladies who have been in there when I’ve been in there have been very kind however.

Do not use Priory Dry Cleaners for alterations, they are incompetant. I left a brand new jersey top with them for the sleeves to be shortened. The result was shocking, wrong colour thread, stitching all puckered and not even straight. I had to return to the shop the following day to speak to the manager who was hopeless. She agreed the work was poor but said there was nothing they could do to correct it. She seemed unable to comprehend that the top was ruined which was incredibly annoying. They did refund the cost of the bodge job. If I could I would give no stars.

I cannot understand how this place is still open. It has gone downhill quite substantially in the last year or so. The lights are always off, trying to save money? They can't be bothered to fix the Evri machine. The windows are covered in badly written notes usually giving excuses for why they are not open. Now they are shutting at 4. I assume because they can't see anything in the winter with the blinking lights off all the time! A joke of a business.

Worst dry cleaners on the planet. They are rude, the lights haven’t been on for several months, they want 10 days to complete your dry cleaning and they are more expensive than any other dry cleaners in Worcester. I have given them chance after chance simply as I live in St Peter’s, but this place is absolutely appalling. AVOID at all costs.

DO NOT USE FOR WEDDING DRESS CLEANING. Dress came back still dirty and with a huge rip in it! I had to send my dress back to them for them to even own up to ruining my wedding dress. I told them very clearly to not fix it as they ruined it in the first place, so why would I want them to fix it. They received my dress on a Friday and when I asked to speak to someone, the person on the phone told me no one was available despite saying he will go and speak to his manager. The office was then shut over the weekend so my dress was somewhere in Birmingham - I had no idea where it was or who had touched it (as it had been cleaned I didn't know if they had then made it dirty again). They stitched it back together at some point, without my consent and sent me my dress back on the Monday with no communication - it was lucky for them I was home as I have no idea what would have happened if I wasn't. The driver was very nice and polite - its the company who are awful! The stitching doesn't match the original seam so it looks bizarre. I paid for someone to rip my dress and return it back to me still dirty. No email response to formal complaint, terrible phone service, uncaring staff. If it was any other item of clothing I wouldn't be as annoyed but it’s my wedding dress and they showed no respect to the dress or me. DO NOT USE.
