Priors Property Management

We are a retirement block of flats, we have just gone right to manage. We engaged Priors after they attended a meeting with our residents. We were all impressed by Adam and Darren they talked us through the whole process. Since May when they took over the management we have mainly dealt with Paul Gibbs who we can’t fault, he has never failed to answer an email or phone call, is very knowledgeable and has sorted all contracts and any problems that have arisen. We would thoroughly recommend Priors to anyone who is looking for a reliable experienced property management company.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We work with Priors PM in a professional capacity and they are without a doubt one of the best managing agents in Brighton & Hove. They consistently maintain excellent compliance across their properties and are incredibly efficient when it comes to handling emergencies, which gives real peace of mind. They also manage one of my friend’s residential blocks, and my friend has been extremely happy with the level of service provided. A special mention must go to Harriet Hunt, who is truly fantastic. She is highly responsive, efficient, hardworking, and a very personable senior property manager who is a pleasure to deal with. Her professionalism and approachability really sets her apart. I would highly recommend Priors PM, and in particular Harriet Hunt, to anyone looking for a reliable, proactive, and well-run property management service.

I can highly recommend Priors. Olivia and the team have been very helpful and are sorting out issues with our block of flats that proved too much for previous agents to deal with. They respond promptly and are the best in the area - believe me, we've tried them all!

Mark and the team have been great throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond by helping us obtain quotes, chasing directors to get the final documents signed, and keeping everything moving forward. Mark was always easy to reach and very happy to talk things through whenever we needed clarification or reassurance. His professionalism, persistence, and availability made a real difference. Highly recommend!

Really impressed with Priors and their proactive ability to manage our property on the seafront. Our property manager Imogen has been responsive and kind when dealing with sensitive issues.Priors have our full recommendation. Many thanks Imogen.
