Prime Security Installations Ltd

Paul came out to fit our house alarm, arrived on time and was very professional, listened to what we needed and gave me advise on the best place to add PIR sensors. He also took extra time to help me with some old CCTV I had and helped me understand the App. He didn’t have to do this but told me it was no problem. Great service and competitively priced..very please and would highly recommend. Thanks

Excellent customer service from Prime Security, i had a problem with the cabling connections with my CCTV cameras, causing the cameras to go offline. The process of rectifying the problem has been nothing but outstanding customer service, from contacting the admin staff who arranged the engineer visit, receiving the appointment email confirmation, right up to the engineer visit (Daryl) The whole process has been faultless. Daryl arrived at the appointment time, he quickly identified and fixed the fault. Outstanding customer customer service and i would not hesitate to recommend this company to both family & friends.

Brilliant service! My cameras started playing up just before I was due to go on holiday. Special thanks to mazz who went out of his way and came last minute to fix the problem like a true professional. Would highly recommend.

Phoned got a call back within a couple hours, sorted it out second call back today make sure I was happy with cameras. Thanks Prime pity the bigger companies was as good not mentioning any names. 5 stars 🌟 and more.

The technician who fitted my new system certainly knew his job.He removed the old system and set up new one I provided in about 3 hrs, double checked everything and showed me how to use it. Unfortunately due to the fact that I didn’t pay attention I lost connection to my iPad .Not an issue,I contacted Prime and within 24 hrs I was back on line . Another guy set it all back up again (with my help on my phone).Must admit I was concerned that I was going to make things worse.Needless to say this didn’t happen .He put me at my ease and explained everything he was doing to re set the system.Don’t ask. What a stunning company.Don’t waste time searching the internet for the best.Contact PRIME SECURITY INSTALLATIONS without delay
