Prestige Window Cleaners

showed up on time for the first clean after a good sales pitch. the front is pretty decent but the back upstairs and down was not. they pulled cobwebbs across the windows, didnt clean the windowsills and didnt clean the moss, even on the ground floor windows. lots of drying spots, dont seem to have tried to remove excess water/ soap. customer service needs work too. spelling errors in every message and texted me instead of someone else in error. not impressed. updated my review due to the response received. obviously i was mislead and they are not profesional in any mannor. if this is how new business is treated id hate to be an existing customer. having a dig at someone whos just bought a property that needs a clean, didnt even start with an apology. customer service is necessary, especially with such a simple job.

We thought we ought to record 2 years of clean windows so thank you Nathan and your colleagues. In all that time we have mentioned one window being missed and that was done the next day with many apologies. It seems rare to find such a reliable company and we look forward to the next 2 years… Thank you again.

I have been using Certus cleaning for over 6 months to clean my windows, they do a good job always let me know when they are coming.

Always go the extra mile to take on board any feedback I may give them. I needed my porch included in the wash and this was added, no problem. I always receive notification in advance of the next wash which is helpful

I would highly recommend this window cleaning service to anybody. They do an amazing job in a professional but friendly way.
