The worst waste company you’ll ever use. Terrible service, never ending missed collections, and horrid customer service. Trapped into a rolling contract with them after they bought Millgate waste services.

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE...... I couldn't even give these guys 1 star! Many complaints over a lot of years. Regularly letting us down. When we report a missed pick up we are told "the driver called but you were closed". LIE! The driver has a key and comes in the early hours. When you report a missed pick up we are told "he'll collect tomorrow" LIE! Then tomorrow, LIE! Then the next day, LIE! They have now missed 2 weeks, again,TRUTH! I spoke with a manager this morning and promised a pick up later today. Did it happen, NO! We then called at 4.30pm to be told we shouldn't be contacting them! We need to contact the agent National waste services. Claire an office manager has been incredibly un professional. I politely asked for the MD's name and she refused to give me it, wow! I had advised her the call was being recorded and she still carried on being unhelpful. They really have no idea how to deal with a situation and the level of customer service is abbismail. The service they supply is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE! We will be cancelling the contract because of this.....

I paid upfront quarterly for there services for around 2 years. 4 weeks before my advanced payment run out. I contacted them to say I wasn’t going to extend my contract. They then told me I need to give 3 months notice. This was never highlighted to me when I signed the contract. I believe by law it should be. The lady I dealt with ( Diane fenwick ) said it’s in the terms and conditions section 10! But the terms and conditions are actually illegible. Download it on your phone you can’t read Print it off and again it’s too small to read. I received real bully boy tactics from this company. They removed my bin and charged me a early cancellation fee of £167 Even though I’m too clear emails I sent I confirmed I would keep the bin for 3 months rather than pay an early cancellation fee of £167 for nothing. Absolutely shocking company. I paid the bill because I don’t have time to fight it My advice to anyone thinking of using premier waste is don’t bother. They are bullies Use another company, there are lots out there

Useless company. Took over our waste collection from another company and didn't notify us. They then failed to send any invoices and when, unsurprisingly, they didn't get paid put all our collections on stop (again with no notification). No apologies forthcoming WHEN they actually reply to emails - which is virtually never and don't bother trying to ring them because they don't answer the phone. I'd have given 0 stars if it was possible. Avoid this incompetent, unprofessional company like the plague!!

Overall disappointed with service we've had a few no collections, a couple of failed collections before 5am (outside our work hours). Spoke to customer service to be told about vehicle shortages, not offered discounts etc for missed collections etc. Unreliable service.
