Preen + Clean

Disappointed with the service we had one clean completed then got our text through the day before the next scheduled clean saying they’d be here in the afternoon. On that day we were told it was changed to morning which is no problem and thought no more of it until I received a text saying the clean was complete. We hadn’t heard anyone cleaning the windows and it wasn’t picked up on either of our ring doorbells. When I whatsapped to dispute the invoice I was just told the technician had marked the job as complete at 09:42. Both my husband and I were in and had not seen or heard anyone cleaning. We were away for the evening so when we returned I had a good look at my widows and doors and they were clearly still dirty and had cobwebs etc so I sent over photos and asked if there was any evidence the technician had completed the job thinking maybe he’d gone to a different house. I still had not received any proof he had been but was sent a text saying they apologised I wasn’t happy with the standard of clean and would arrange a ‘re clean’ free of charge the next day (expecting me to pay the initial invoice for a clean that had clearly not been completed). I wasn’t overly happy but thought I’d wait for the next day. Again we waited all morning and no one appeared I checked the online account to see that the clean was not completed as the technician could not find appropriate parking this was not communicated to us and the technician did not knock to see if we could help find appropriate parking. I had to send a further text to sort this out and they said they would rearrange again for the next day. I then got a text the next day saying the technician had fallen ill (unavoidable I understand) and then a further text saying they couldn’t find an appropriate parking space so unsure which one it was. At this point I was due to move house that day so rang customer services to cancel my cleans and to void the invoice which I can’t complain about they were very good and didn’t argue but I am far from happy with the actual service and will be choosing a different company for my new house.

Great first experience with Preen & Clean. Had a couple of bad experiences with window cleaners just never turning up, so decided to give Preen & Clean a go based on good reviews, and a great UX on their app. Wasn’t disappointed - was told exactly when the cleaner would arrive, and he explained what would happen for the first clean and going forward. All in all a great experience so far. Thanks!

This worker was absolutely brilliant and very reliable. He was such a kind and polite person throughout the entire service. It was wonderful to see how he interacted with my son, who is autistic. He was more than happy to take the time to talk with him. I truly appreciate his thoughtfulness and excellent work.

Had my first window clean by this company and can honestly say, good choice! Sparkling windows and I like the fact you get an invoice to pay online! I think the price is really good too for the work and service you receive. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Excellent service, Darren was very polite and chatted well with my 78 year old mum as I wasn't able to be there for first wash. Windows were streak free and I found it very easy to set the payment up. Glad we found this company after been letdown in the past. If your thinking of using Preen & Clean then stop thinking and arrange an appointment with them you will be very happy 😁
