A representative of Precision Group came to my house regarding an online query I put in about a heating issue in my house. He came out within 2 days of the query and was friendly and helpful. However the helpfulness ended after that. Emails and texts were ignored and even when I called twice I was fobbed off with false promises and excuses. 3 weeks wasted on an urgent heating matter.

The staff were friendly and polite, they came out to the house to do a site visit. They assured me they would come back with a quote and then they disappeared. Time wasters.
