P&M Property Maintenance

Amazing work from Pat and the team! From the moment I contacted Pat to the very end there was great communication and understanding. So happy with the outcome of our project in our back garden, done so efficiently and such tidy work. 100% recommend Pat and his team, the trust is there from the beginning and they will look after you.

Very friendly team from the get go. Great pricing and explaining everything they'll be doing, also giving great ideas. Had a delay in finishing the project due to the rain, but apart from that l would definitely use them again. Highly recommended. Thanks Pat and team.

Fantastic job done by Pat's team. Front and back garden were like jungles and collapsed shed in back all cleaned up and debris i wanted gone removed. Agreed a fair price for job, and outside of weather issues, job was completed in a good time. Martin, Dec and Kevin are very hard workers, and great lads to chat to.

Pat’s team built a brick shed and extended the patio area. Happy with the the results. Highly recommended

Great Job by Pat and his team. They did a complete bathroom refurb and did a very good job. They also did quite a few additional small bits which I couldn't have done myself.
