Plymstock Security Systems

Friendly and efficient, listened and assessed our needs. Showed us how to use it.

Steve was very professional from start to finish. He turned up on time and sent the quotation in a timely manner. He gave us options for the date of installation and again turned up when he said. He explained what he was doing, how the system worked and supported me to set it up on my phone so I could access this system when out and about. He left the property both inside and outside in a very clean state and he went above and beyond to ensure that I understood how to work the system. Would definitely recommend!

Initial survey was thorough and appropriate to our needs. |The technicians arrived promptly and carried out the installation efficiently. politely and with curtesy. When a software problem arose due to the age of the in-house recorder they persevered, spending much time communicating with the manufactures until the problem was resolved. The system was then carefully and fully explained to us. Excellent service, the company is to be recommended.

I had Plymstock Security Systems install CCTV in our Plymouth branch a few years ago and they have been fantastic from start to finish. I have since used them to install 2 additional CCTV systems for me in other branches, installed an alarm system in two branches plus taken over the monitoring and service of an alarm system in another branch. I would highly recommend Steve and his team.

The service Steve & his team was amazing, neat and very professional. They turned up when planned and left our house spotlessly clean. We originally wanted an Alarm system, which would be easy to use! The demo given was very detailed and insightful! So impressed by their workmanship, We had them install a complete CCTV system and Security lighting as well, whilst they was on site. Thank you very much guys for protecting our home and making us feel safe! Many thanks Padi & Vicky Finn Manadon, Plymouth
