Plumbox

Michael installed a new boiler for us, it was a slightly complicated job involving moving the boiler to a new position. He did it all with an absolute minimum of fuss, was extremely thoughtful in terms of explaining how it all worked, took every care to keep the place clean and I barely noticed him and his colleague in the house. Everything was done to a very high standard - total pros on all fronts!

We had our boiler replaced by Plumbox. Very quick and professional service, excellent work by Michael and Kai: prompt, efficient, very tidy, respectful and friendly. We're very happy with the work and would gladly recommend them.

We wanted our en-suite bathroom reworked, and Plumbox were recommended by a friend. From the very outset they made sensible advice on how we might best achieve what we wanted in the most economical way, helping us with the design, and putting us in touch with the supplier. The job was started on the agreed date. They were very tidy and cleaned up every evening. They said the job would take a week, but took 8 days. The delay was waiting for a final part to arrive. We had a few teething problems (not their fault) but they returned promptly and solved the problem. The contract price was below what we expected, and the job was brilliantly executed on time. Would recommend without hesitation or reservation

Fast, efficient and friendly service. Michael was very quick and gave us a quote for two different boilers over a weekend earlier this month and the boiler was fitted a couple of days later. Rob and Kai made no mess and took the old boiler and rubbish away. Would highly recommend. We were very grateful because the weather was freezing and we had no heating.

Use Plumbox! Michael and his team are exceptional. I've worked with tradesman for 25yrs and Plumbox have shown themselves to be above the rest. Highly recommended.
