Phoenix Events (East) Ltd

Over the years we have worked along side many man guard companies and Phoenix events are by far the best, they communicate all issues so fast and go the extra mile. Highly recommend and we at CHS Fire & Security will continue to use Phoenix for years to come.

We used Phoenix Events for an event in St Neots and had 2 of their security team to help with traffic management and general security on the day. The communication and organisation leading up top the event was very good, and the two guards who attended on the day were excellent - they did a great job of managing all the vehicles coming on and off site and were also very willing to help with setup and takedown and anything else that needed doing. I would highly recommend Phoenix Events and will definitely consider using them for any future events.

Phoenix Events attended our Christmas Event, and we found them very helpful and professional. They were all such a great support to a very busy day. They are already booked for next year!

After been let down at the 11th hour by another security company to provide cover to a large sporting event, Adam and his team were able to quickly and effectively fill the gaps. Adam took the time to understand our requirements and kept me constantly in the loop in how he was getting on with the resourcing. Nothing was too difficult for him or the team and he fully understood the nature and operation of events. On the day the team were attentive and provided an excellent service to both the event and the guests, helping to ensure the event was successfully delivered. I would have no hesitation in using or recommending the services of Phoenix Security in the future.

Fantastic security company! We used them for our event on the Norfolk Showground. They safely helped us managed the ingress, egress and general safety of the 4000 plus people on site. Adam is a great guy to work with and Sam was a credit to the whole event! Will be working with these professionals again! Ollie, Autumn Lights
