Phoenix Cleaning Services

Angela and her team for a number of years have been providing a reliable, professional, high quality cleaning service both to our own home and to our holiday let, The Hayloft in Castle Cary. As well as cleaning our holiday let they provide the linen and laundry. Guests regularly comment on the cleanliness of the Hayloft and the quality of the sheets and towels in reviews of their stays. What's more Angela and her team bend over backwards to accommodate last minute bookings and bookings I have, very occasionally, left off the schedule. Angela herself works extremely hard, not only cleaning, but also to teach, train and encourage her team to see cleaning as a craft and a valuable profession. It is Angela's professionalism which permeates through everything Phoenix does. Highly recommend.

I have employed Phoenix Cleaning services for seven consecutive years for general cleaning of the estalishment and also to maintain our busy bed and breakfast rooms here at the Cross Keys Inn, Lydford. I accept nothing but professionalism and great quality of service which Phoenix provides an abundance. The public house is always cleaned daily to an extremely high standard ready for our guests for 8 am breakfast. We have six rooms which have been maintained and deep cleaned after every guest by their team to such a high standard as reflected by the reviews from our guests. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Angela and her team, which, I have on many occasion. A huge thank you for the amazing service you have provided me and my guests. A note of appreciation. Thank you.

I have used Phoenix cleaning services for my personal home cleaning. I found them to be nothing but professional, reliable and the standard of cleaning is excellent. The ease of booking with Angela is nothing short of outstanding. I would highly recommend the girls to anyone. Absolutely fabulous 👌

We have used Phoenix for our holiday let this summer. We have received positive comments from every single guest about how clean the property is and that is so important in this business. They also go the extra mile with laying out biscuits, tea, coffee etc which is also appreciated. Sarah is also super responsive with any queries so all in all, very happy customer.

We employed Phoenix Cleaning to look after our holiday properties. Not only did they prove themselves to be unreliable, simply not turning up for booked turnarounds on occasions, but they lost hundreds of pounds worth of our linen, and after we politely dismissed them they dumped our remaining laundry on the street and sent us abusive WhatsApp messages. Use this company at your peril.
