PGM & SON Herefordshire and Worcester Pest Control

Phil and his son's service has been really excellent. Their high level of knowledge is very reassuring and they take time to understand the issue fully without rushing into expensive treatments. Unlike the other companies I tried they actually answered the phone, were available for advice and very accommodating in fitting us in. Overall they have been brilliant and I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing service, had 2 loft spaces cleaned of previous tenants rubbish, insulation and mice droppings. The team cleared and sanitised the area and blocked up entry holes to prevent further mice entering. Honest, hard working and trustworthy. Other companies I contacted didn't bother to respond or wanted to charge to survey the loft space. PGM came out the next day to give me a quote. Excellent.

How nice is it to have a pest control company that really takes the time to look and understand the problem and explore solutions instead of simply resorting to quick fix, harmful and often expensive chemicals. Phil came to look at our wood beetle issue. Not only was the response super quick but his conservative approach was really welcome (given a listed property) and incredibly efficient. Would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

Brilliant service, I had laid traps down which was catching rats, and our cat also helped out in her own way but I needed the experts in, and they didn't disappoint. Very helpful, friendly and we're now rat free! Couldn't recommend enough

We had a problem with ants in the kitchen and rang PGM. Phil couldn't have been more helpful and offered to come the next day. He investigated both inside and outside and did a really efficient job and no more ants! He advised on how to prevent further infestations and left some small trays of ant killer for use in a weeks' time. Thank you.
