After reading reviews i have to say i was dubious about this company. No need. I have found no faults whatsoever. The guys worked hard and the standard is fantastic. They arrived as planned, where here when they said they would be. Also tidied up after themselves. Its a shame my bathrooms not being done but hopefully i have this company and the same team back again. Delighted.

These guys did my NIHE bathroom, i had no choice in this. The work is probably the worst i have ever seen, left a gaping hole in the wall for weeks, ceiling plaster all fell off, chips out of bath, woodwork is shocking. i work for a company who sells and installs bathrooms so i know the standards one would expect and if we sold this bathroom we would be in front of trading standards! would not recommend even looking at these guys

If I could give 0 stars I would! This company were the contractors who built the development we live in. We bought our house brand new and it has been nothing but a nightmare! On moving in the dirt and grime was terrible, this was after a ‘deep clean’ had been performed! Our landing light wouldn’t switch on, after getting the electrician back out the wires hadn’t been connected. On leaving he left a massive hole in our wall which was then infilled but not with enough filler to allow us to sand and repaint it. Our front door light doesn’t work either. We had an alarm system installed and when testing it it wouldn’t work, the man fitting it said there must be wires not connected/nails through them. We then had to pay him to come back out and get the more expensive wireless alarm system installed as according to this company, fixing the wires would mean ripping up floors which we were not willing to let happen. Our washing machine was faulty and had to be fixed after 6 months and now after 8 months our dishwasher is not working. Our skirting boards can only be described as horrific. A 3 year old could have painted them better. They are scored, chipped and marked from where the builders have hit them and the painting is woeful. The fitting of said skirting boards also looks like the work of a 3 year old. If I could attach a photo I would! Walls had been painted over wet plaster which left damp marks and after getting them repainted we were told the marks would most likely come through again. Sockets were left loose and a light switch that wouldn’t moved when pressed. Overall I can’t say I would ever recommend buying from this developer. We paid for a house to have been left with this quality which was terrible!

NIHE putting in new bathroom. This company did the work. Honestly cant praise the fellas enough , especially two fellas , Johnny and Seamus. These two fellas worked non stop and I myself am physically disabled , they both were absolute fantastic fellas. Both worth their weight in Gold .

This was a NIHE renovation scheduled to last about 22 days. In reality it took much longer. The workmen did not turn up as scheduled on several occasions. The standard of work in some instances could be described as poor. For example, a load of masonry rubbish and wood left on our bathroom and kitchen floors for several days. The workmen failed to clean up after them. A painter missed a section of wall and had to be recalled back to complete the job. I have difficulty recommending this business for any NIHE projdcts
