Peter Cox Leeds

James Firth and Jack Warren came to treat extensive dry rot caused following a distressing dispute with a previous builder. They were both professional, hard grafters and gave us such confidence that reparation works were done correctly which was so important after our trust was damaged by previous trades. Would recommend +++ and please give them the recognition they deserve!

From having Mark Exley coming out to survey my garage for damp proofing to Neil and Paul the contractors, it was a very quick turn around. Neil and Paul worked really hard, in treating the damp in my garage, very friendly and helpful and always turned up on time. Very pleased with the finished job.

I recently contacted Peter Cox Ltd as we needed some specialist ties installed on a project by an approved installer, and I can honestly say the service I received from start to finish was outstanding. When I first reached out, Liam Davis was extremely helpful — he answered all my questions, offered clear advice, and really put me at ease. I was a bit nervous as I’d never dealt with this type of work before, but the Peter Cox team made the whole process stress-free. The job itself wasn’t straightforward, as there was restraint scaffolding in the way of where the property needed drilling. Liam reassured me this wouldn’t be a problem and that his team were the best at what they do — and he wasn’t wrong. When the technicians, David Walters and Paul George, arrived on site, they were professional, friendly, and confident from the start. Unlike some contractors I’ve worked with before, they didn’t complain or overcomplicate things — they simply got on with the job and delivered exactly what was promised. Their communication was excellent throughout, explaining what needed doing and keeping me updated on progress. The workmanship was top-quality, and the team completed everything within the agreed timescale. I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome and the professionalism shown by everyone involved. David, Paul, and Liam are a real credit to Peter Cox Ltd — I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Highly recommend Fantastic service by Graeme Yule, friendly and happy guy who was very professional in his work and manner. On time and cleaned up after himself, Left all rooms in my home he was working in spotless.

Very professional start to finish. Well informed knowledgable surveyor, had a grip on the issues regarding damp & condensation as soon as he inspected the walls in kitchen & lounge. Follow on repairs conducted over three days were excellent, house left clean & tidy & all waste disposed of. Highly recommended.
