Definitely recommend Peter Cox for a damp proof survey. Surveyor, Luke, was on time, very polite & knowledgeable. Also, thanks to the office staff Angela & John who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Tom did a really great job today. He was really clear about what work was needed and took great care to minimise dust. 10/10!

I was shocked at the size of the survey fee they wanted up front but as I was certain I would need work and the fee would be put against the workI went ahead. The surveyor, a likeable and competent young man, found what I expected and no more and we agreed on under floor treatment. The Rentokil technician arrived on time, worked steadily and without fuss. He fitted one new floor board and put the dresser back in place for me and tidied up properly. Very efficient.

Tom arrived promptly was personable and did a good job adding an internal dpc and plastering the effected walls. I would recommend Joseph the surveyor, Tom and Peter Cox for doing a very professional job.

We were more than satisfied with the whole process from survey to completion of the work. We had a very helpful survey with Mark, the surveyor, who gave us all the information we needed and the options available. By good fortune a work team had their next day's work cancelled and they were free to carry out the complete installation the day following the survey. So all work planned and delivered within 36 hours. Highly recommended.
