PES Security (Practical Event Solutions)

Was aggressively racially abused by one of the security staff at an oasis concert. I put in a complaint which went nowhere. No apology, nothing. Be very careful if you attend an event covered by this ‘security’ firm. You will not be safe

I recommend this company for every business. Very reliable and competent workers, in the office as well as security officers and whole management. Great service with professional manners. Absolutely recommend it for all privates as well as business to have peace in mind. Job is done from the begging to the end with no cuts in the meanwhile.

Assaulted by the security team with a false allegation. They were rude and vicious. Never use this company as there is no reasoning with them and actively told me to shut up as I was trying to deescalate....which should be their job and you would think they might have been trained in this. I am an NHS professional and was not drunk, and I will be also reporting this to my MP Andrew Gwynne

I understand that Practical Event Solutions were the security company hired for crowd control at Rockstock this weekend. I am obligated to officially report that they were unprofessional, hostile and boorish. I have heard accounts, by two members of the public, of festival goers being lynched by the security crew, thrown to the floor and physically assaulted. The team appeared to be untrained and have an inclination for violence over diplomacy and were entirely ill equipped to police an event of this nature. I have tried numerous mediums to contact both Rockstock and the security agency to resolve this matter, but have had no response. I would welcome a way to report an official complaint.

This is the one of worst company in uk and deals with a large of hypocrisy .. Especially from bald beard man..Firstly they give you an appointment for example at 17h30, then leave you for 45 minutes waiting .. Then u get test and be asking what badge u hold and then rid of all people holding sia who applied for work in retail or concierge field by telling u that u fail in test which not true..the truth _PES are scaming u to use you as just steward in festival in estival season for far distance and no paying in time ..stay away from it ,go to decent companies to apply not with this amateur people of PES
