Polite and helpful staff. Only wish that the royal mail service online was more helpful. Shame that they have replaced people with an inflexible and impenetrable phone and online website. The person at the depot was very good at helping me find the 'problem and complaints form' which seemed an inappropriately labelled and very clunky system.

The delivery person left a Something for you card. The something was an unreadable item reference no. How am I supposed to deal with this?? Absolute nonsense!! Is it too much to employ delivery staff that can copy a simple reference no. onto a card in the boxes provided? As you cannot speak to an operator by telephone the reference no. is essential to engage with the app. It is a sad world where we swap people for IT apps, I suppose given the staff cannot write properly it is only to be expected.

ref: 88166799909848005 Terrible experience, missing items, not responsive. I was waiting a parcel from brother in Australia which was a christmas gift to my son. I had a letter from parcelforce to pay custom charge £89,96. which was paid by credit card and received the parcel next day morning. Delivery driver handed the parcel and rushed out , just after that noticed the box was empty. It was opened from the side as picture shown. Couldn't check it infront of the driver as he was away. there supposed to be a Nintendo swith worth $400 and headphone $200. Then i tried to phone the number printed on the letter , I cant reach to customer service. Sent an email to customer service , no response either. How can someone steal those valuable items from someone elses parcel and make money of it.? How can you ask someone to pay custom if its already been stolen from package?? It was a christmas gift, how can you replace that to me??? I want my customs to be refunded and those items to be delivered again. thank you

Left a package worth over £200 sat outside and marked as delivered. Didn’t even bother to chap the door.

I have been trying to contact them for two days now. They supposedly tried to deliver yesterday, but I was home and didn't hear anything. They said they left a card explaining what to do next, there was NOTHING. You try calling their number, 40 min waiting time, no person to answer.
